 I've got the important things packed.  Tim's is in a pile and not in a bag, but I figured he could find his own backpack.  I overpacked a little with Tillie and didn't really use that much.  My bag is pared way down this time.

Baby's Diaper Bag

• Boy and Girl Homecoming Outfits
• Cozy Blanket
• Baby Book (for foot prints)
• Diapers and Wipes (not really needed, but it seemed weird to have a diaper bag without them)

• Things to Add: Nuk(need to buy - Probably won't use right away, but I started Tillie right after we got home and it was a life saver)

My Bag

• Clothes for coming home (Maternity jeans, loose fitting henley, nursing tank)
• Pajamas for after delivery
• Birth Plan
• Cord Blood Donation Kit
• Toiletries
• Real Simple Family, The Hunger Games
• Lip Gloss
• Hard Candy 
• Camera Charger

• Last Minute Things to Add: Make-Up, Glasses, Phone Charger, Camera

Tim's Bag

• White T-Shirt for foot prints
• Change of Clothes (Jersey Polo, Long-sleeved pullover, Jeans)
• Pajama Pants
• Snacks
• Mints

• Last Minute Things to Add: iPod, iPod Charger, Laptop, Phone Charge, Toiletries

Tillie's Bag

• Hospital Visit Outfit: Big Sister T-Shirt, BabyLegs, Denim Skirt
• Three Changes of clothes, Pajamas, Sleep Sack
• Diapers, Wipes
• Nuk
• Snacks
