Pretty Toes

On Friday night Laura and I got pedicures and manicures.  We went to the Douglas J, who bent over backwards to accommodate our appointments.  An instructor actually did mine because too many students called it.

One fun thing about getting a nail service done there is that you get to pick you nail polish bottle and take it home.  Over the years of going there, I've accumulated quite a collection of OPI nail polish.  On this occasion, I picked Pompeii Purple for my toes.

The first pedicure I ever got was with Robin.  Pompeii Purple was the color I had then too.  The difference was that I got that pedicure at Chic University of Cosmetology.  That was, an experience.  It's slightly less classy there...

My toes look like summer, and that makes me happy.  My fingers are princess pink.  I think I might give that bottle to Kizie.  It suits her better, being 8 and all.
