Name

Last night after dinner I handed Tillie a green pen and asked her to write a 'T' on her card for her teacher.  I've seen her write 'T's and 'M's before, so I thought it would be cute.  To my complete shock, she went on to write an 'i' next.  She needed a few reminders about what letter came next, but she did it all on her own.  Later I asked her how to spell her name and she told me all the letters in the correct order.

To review:  My daughter knew how to spell and write her name, but I didn't even know it.

I don't blame her for choosing an uppercase 'E'.  I had a lot of trouble with 'e's when I was little.
