5 months already?
Here's what our little Ted has been up to.
Food: We started real food! So far he's had rice cereal, sweet potatoes, carrots, avocados and peas. His favorites are avocados and sweet potatoes. He still won't take a bottle and we've kind of given up trying, unless I'm at work. He pretty much always refuses it though. Sometimes he'll take it if it's breast milk.
Sleep: Still sucks. We don't really have a nap schedule yet, but he typically takes 3-4 naps a day. They vary from 30-120 minutes, 45-60 minutes usually. It's better than before! He's waking up around 2 times a night to eat. I think he's probably ready to move to his own room, but since he'll have to be in our room on Spring Break I figure we'll just keep him in ours at home until after then too. Maybe he would sleep longer if he couldn't smell me?
Movement: He rolled over yesterday for the first time! He's really good at grabbing things and bringing them to his mouth. Like Tillie, it seems like his fine motor skills are better than gross motor at this age.
Size: We haven't been to the doctor this month, but by our bathroom scale he weighs 14.8lbs. He can still wear some 0-3m clothes(like the bodysuit in the above picture) but mostly I dress him in 3-6 month things because I'm sick of the other clothes. Size 2 diapers are still fitting great.
