My mom, Dawn, Kizie, Tillie and I went to the street sweeping parade yesterday. The little girls wore their costumes. I don't know that it gets much cuter.
One of my best friends from college is Dutch (and was born in the Netherlands!) Her father actually owns part of Windmill Island, and she works there every summer and loves it. I, however, have yet to witness the festivities, even though I lived in Michigan for oh... sevenish years. Alas, now that I'm moving overseas, I guess I'll have to put "Tulip Time" onto my "things to do someday..." list.
