If you're ever at a loss for what to prepare for dinner, spend some time perusing The Pioneer Woman's website.  She's posts pictures along with every step, so it's super-easy to follow.

Last night I made probably the easiest, most delicious rolls.

I don't have a cast iron skillet, so fiestaware bakeware had to do.
They were still phenomenal.
Plus, go here to enter a contest to win $500 to donated to your charity of choice to help Haiti.  The Pioneer Woman will also donate one dime(10 cents) for every entry in the contest.

I love her. I made those rolls at Thanksgiving and they were so delish!

Funny you mention it because I just stumbled upon her earlier this week. And then I saw the Chicago public library webpage advertising her book. I love the way she writes, and the rolls look delicious. (As to the truffles she provides a link to in that post!)
